Goodmorning,
Yesterday I come across the airport chart of NANTES (LFRS), at the rnw 21 informations it has
HIRL CL REIL PAPI-L VIBAL,
The last one "VIBAL" what exactly is? I have never seen this before in any airpot. Anyone have any clue?
