How would the maximum angle of climb speed change when flap is deployed, compared to a clean aircraft?

Anyone got more than a one word answer?

For this type of question just consider how the change would affect Vmd. Deploying flaps reduces Vmd so it also reduces Vx and Vy.

You can use the same logic when assessing the change caused by such things as weight changes and gear deployment. Increasing weight increases Vmd, so it also increases Vx and Vy. Deploying landing gear decreases Vmd so it decreases Vx and Vy.
