B737-2 dept 21 ACE

Hi guys and girls. Yesyterday eve I'd just landed in ACE on 03, surface wind reported as 360/15G26. As I taxied clear, a European 732 was given take off clearence on 21 with the same report in wind. With raised eyebrows I watch him trundle off down 21, getting airborne very very late on down the strip. My question is to 732 drivers, whats the max tail wind comp on take off? And, erm I woulnt like and cant do it in my 752, so can any jet take a tail wind comp of that reported??

10 kts in my experience, but if 15kts figures are available for that runway they can be used. Gusts not normally REQUIRED to be taken into account.
