757 settings and speeds

I have a sim ride on the 757 some time in the future. Can anybody give some info on the settings, speeds, flaps speeds, configurations and so on . Thanks in advance

You would be well advised to check out:

www.757.org.uk

Particularly the "Operating Procedures" section, your basic flap / speed schedule is towards the bottom of the "General" page within that section.

Structural / Limit speeds hanging around there somewhere too.
