No, that's not it
Several airports are now placing restrictions on the movements of certain aircraft on certain taxiways and restrict the operation, for instance, to "code D aircraft and smaller" or "not certified for Code E aircraft". This apparently pertains to aircraft of a certain LCN or size of airframe, (Iam unsure which). I would have thought that Jeppeson would have clarified this ages ago but have not done so. It has pretty dire consequnces if misconstrued.

APPROACH CATEGORY: SPEED/WEIGHT
A: Speed less than 91 knots; weight less than 30,001 pounds.
B: Speed 91 knots or more but less than 121 knots; weight 30,001 pounds or more but less than 60,001 pounds.
C: Speed 121 knots or more but less than 141 knots; weight 60,001 pounds or more but less than 150,001 pounds.
D: Speed 141 knots or more but less than 166 knots; weight 150,001 pounds or more.
E: Speed 166 knots or more; any weight.
A: Speed less than 91 knots; weight less than 30,001 pounds.
B: Speed 91 knots or more but less than 121 knots; weight 30,001 pounds or more but less than 60,001 pounds.
C: Speed 121 knots or more but less than 141 knots; weight 60,001 pounds or more but less than 150,001 pounds.

the codes refer to the 'footprint' each A/C makes ie wingspan/length-code E used to be the biggest-but icao have just come up with F which includes AN124-it is this change that is causing problems, we used to be able to get an AN124 down the taxyway but the new code and associated dimensions means we now have to backtrack along the runway
can't help with the annex though, we have list printed in our local orders that we refer to!

ICAO Annex 14 "Aerodromes", also may be in ICAO Aerodrome Design Manual. Also try CAA publication CAP168 on CAA web site.
From memory Code C is wingspan up to and including 36M (B737NG/A320 etc), D up to 52M (B767/A300/MD11 etc), Code E up to 65m (B747/A330/340/B777 etc). Code F is up to 80m (A380/AN124).
Depending on what code aircraft operates at the airport will determine the runway/taxiway width and distances from runway to taxiway and taxiway to nearest object etc.
