What is an ERJ-145 EP?

I have recently seen references to the Embraer ERJ-145EP but the Embraer website makes no mention of this variant. I am assuming it stands for enhanced performance or somthing similar but can anyone put me right. Thanks.

145EP is a version of 145ER with reduced MTOW. More here:
