Niederrhein departures to the west

Niederrhein (NRN, aka Duesseldorf Harp) has SIDs to RKN (northeast) and LMA (southeast) with contorted routes to stay within German airspace. There are no charted departures to the west, presumably for the same reason.

For departures to RKN and then west, is a DCT routing with Dutch Mil usually forthcoming? Does Langen need a prod to do the coordination or is it automatic? Does Niederrhein Tower ever coordinate directly with Dutch Mil to offer a westerly departure without the contortion?
