Atothrottle\wind correction

Hi folks ,

this is for everybody flying b737 3\4\5 .In the S.O.P. of a new operator

of B737 I read : ' when using A\T the recommended appr\speed setting

is Vref+5kts .Speed corrections for wind are not required.Sufficient

gust protection is available with A\T engaged '.

Probably I am flying wrong for abot 5 years in other companies but the

rule of Vref speed with or without autothrottle egaged is the same .

What abot you ???
