Route Briefings, your opinons?

When putting together route briefs I often wonder what information crews really use, like to have handy and wish to have? I've spoken to some of my crews and now would like to find out what other airline crews think. What do your airlines provide you with? Is there anything you compile yourself? What do think of the way the brief is presented? Do you have any tips and little goldmines of information? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
