Question hold-over time

i hope if this thread meets the requirements of this forum...

dear airline pilots,

how long is the hold over time after de-icing when there is no precipitation?

are there other influences than rain, snow and/or temperature/dewpoint?

i would like to ask for general comments rather than for too (type) specific.

thank you!
dg

The answer is yes but it is too complicated to explain here. All the answers are here

http://www.aea.be/aeawebsite/datafil...ng18-final.pdf

This is the current authority for de-icing.
