Runway Incursion

I am an atco investigating runway incursion prevention (for a unit in my MSc) and would like to hear from any pilot operating in Europe given anything other than a straightforward ICAO standard landing or take off clearance, e.g. conditional landing clearances. I am unsure of how harmonised the different european states are or how else to find out. Any help or suggestions would be welcomed.

CDG is excellent at standard ICAO

'Cleared to land' when you are No 2 with No 1 about 1 mile finals.
MUST be right, though, eh?

And in the good 'ole US of A, you can be cleared to land while #9 or so.
