Ryanair B737-200s at PIK - WIHIH?

I noticed three Ryanair 737-200s have been sitting out northside at PIK - does anybody know what is happening to them? Are they being retired/stored/sold?

Any info gratefully accepted by this nosey neighbour!!!

Wings level, ball in the puddle!

I think those may be a few of the 9 that have the scratches from paint removal that may never fly again.

Those particular ones are said by someone at Prestwick to be in temporary storage and not expected to be broken up. Depending on the outcome of the technical investigation into the paint problem they may be returned to service.

There are also some in storage at Dublin but not sure if they are going for scrap.

Ryanair B737-200 at PIK

Evening all,

Sad to see these out of use. The 3 737's at PIK Positioned from DUB on the 08/10/03 as the FR 2/ FR4/and FR6. EI-CJH, EI-CJI and EI-CKS. The 4th 737-200 temporily wfu is the jaguar, still in Dublin. Apparently they were taken up stand space at DUb so were positioned to PIK. Probably cheaper too.

Hope the above is of some use
