Post MD80 "TREND" monitoring

Can anybody tell if the MD80 Series has the ability to monitor and store flight data from like pushback to arrival at it's destination?

The data I am interested in would be like engine settings, speed, altitude, outside temp, flap setting, etc.

If this is possible what is the timeslice capability?

Can it be dumped to a storage medium for analysis?

Thanks

I guess the system is called the DFDR or Digital flight data recorder. Anybody know the limitations and abilities?
