The Law and us when there is a spill

folks, could somebody point me in the right direction for our rights when the rubber meets the grass?

if something goes wrong, very wrong, what are our rights as professional pilots?

do we have a 24 hr cooling period before we answer any questions? do we have to submit to a urine and/or blood test? do we have the privilege of consulting the local ALPA representative? thks for reading.
