Can any PPRuNe Admin bods please tell me how we can apply for the above? I have sent a couple of emails to admin, but no joy so far.

If you are an employee of that airline then read what it says under the forum title. To apply for membership contact the forum moderator. If you are not an employee of that company you will not normally be allowed access. Some forums only permit its pilots to join and some permit other groups within the same company to join.
If you do qualify for membership of the apprpriate airline forum bear in mind the moderator may be busy at this time and it may take a little time to get back to you.
