Could someone please suggest a name where I could charter an aircraft to move 60 people from Cardiff to Inverness. Also anyone got a rough idea what it would cost?

Try Titan Airways at Stansted. They should be able to do it for you. Not sure about the cost though, and you will have to pay for the positioning flights. If Air Wales (at Swansea/Bristol?) have any spare capacity from their scheduled work, then it could also be worth giving them a call.
