Changing flight schools CPL/IR/ME

Hello,

So i am currently enrolled in a flightschool, doing CPL IR and ME. Im not so happy with the school and their whole atmosphere, however, most of my training is done, but i am considering a plan B. Does anyone know how much hastle it would be to change flight schools? Is this something that will look very bad when applying for jobs? What exactly has to be done in regards to changing to a new ME airplane, etc..
