Advice Please!!! - Commercial jet pilot
 

Hello, i am currently training for my PPL. in the end i would love to become a corporate jet pilot. i was wondering what lisences i would need and the best way to get them. i am very seriously looking at training in america, but am getting confused about the JAA and the JAR. would they except the JAA in the UK. if i applyed for a job? any advice would be great. That's good advice from HappyFran. Best bet is to read up on the 'stickies' and then come back with more specific questions when you've finished. I'm sure you'll have plenty of them!

All UK training is under JAA these days - your PPL and CPL will be UK issued JAA licences.

As stated above, read the stickies at the top of the forum :ok: Everything you'll need is there. Also try the search feature on the forum
