FAA to JAA Convesion using EMB145

Hello,
I know this subject have been posted before but could not find it. I am looking for a sim partner (to share the cost) who has completed all 14 atpl exams and typerated on the emb145 with min 500hrs on type and hold a FAA ATP. With this you can do a skill test in the sim and the end result is a JAA ATPL Unfrozen. If any one are interested please let me know.
Thanks:ok:

Does this really give you an unfrozen JAR ATPL??

I can understand you getting a JAR type rating out of it and possibly a JAR IR on a multi engined aircraft, but wouldn't you have to do a JAR commercial too?

I'm not trying to rain on your parade, I just wondered??

Edited to add that, thinking about it, you might have to do an initial issue JAR IR that would have to be done on the aeroplane too. I have to say I'm not 100% sure about the rules but the CAA would be able to clarify your position.

I have already talked to the CAA and they say I will receive my JAA ATPL upon completing the skill test on the EMB145.
