August exams

They just came through the letterbox... the air was thick with anticipation, but the envelope felt light and thin... could it be that there was no pink form inside for the retakes??

Damn right!!

The final 6 exams passed... all 14 at first attempt, I'm one happy dude!!!

A big hello to everyone who was at BGS and good luck....

Last 5 passed here, giving me all 14 1st time passes, and an average of 87% which i'm quite pleased about! Was especially pleased with 96% in Flight Planning for the August exam, as it was quite a tricky paper as far as they go.....

Flight Planning was actually a fairly easy exam in august compared to the June Exam anyway.

There's always someone there to burst your bubble...... Well anyway, the general consensus when we came out of the exam was that as far as papers go, it was quite a tricky one. So there!

I found it tough too but amazingly managed to get 91% so I must've done something right.

Just got the bit of paper without the resit form. That's all 14 passed, and off to start the flying. What a great feeling now that that is all over! I'm still bouncing off the walls!

Well done to everybody else, appears you have all done well, congrats....

Regards

Kpx1124,

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!

Sat 5, only been snet 1 result

Seems that there has been a 'prob' with the results for heli pilots and that results for heli bookings will be a few more days yet.

That said got the results for the only plank specific paper I sat.
AGK 93%

Congrats to all those that are finally free

MattD and Gav............... Come on don't be shy

I received a 74 on my Met exam. Would it be worth it to have it rechecked? If so how does one go about that?

Generally having the paper re-marked means just giving the CAA another 35 quid. They bung it through the machine again and tell you your mark is 74%.

quidam,

Well done on AGK. Hope the others come through nice and quickly.

I managed to pass all of Mod 2, av 92%, so I'm pretty much over the moon as you can imagine.

Now comes the expensive part!!!

Well done to everyone else.

Matt

Keep cool quidam, I'm sure they will arrive soon enough - keep us posted with how they go.

MattD, very well done sir! My average has dropped to 88% now, following a poor performance in PoF, but hey, I'm still happy!!!
