ATPLS Time Scale

does anyone out there know the exact rules on the length of time to complete written exams. i first sat them 5th march 2002 and have just sat my last resit agk(3rd time) in july. caa say 18 months but is this from the actual date you sit them or do they count back to beginning of month. could i resit it again in september if i fail
anyone know

You have 18 months to complete all 14 exams. The clock starts ticking from the time you first put your bum on the chair at the exam centre, even if you do a 'no show'.
You say you sat your first exam on the 5th March 2002, therefore you must complete by 5th September 2003 or i'm afraid you are back to square one.
