Putting together a Business Plan

Hi guys and gals,

Before anyone says "go search for it" I've already done that and haven't found anything of use. I'm hoping that someone that has gone to a bank with a business plan for a proposed loan for training could shed a little light on what kind of structure it composed of, I've had a look for templates and the likes on the net but haven't really come up with anything. any info would be greatly appreciated.
