Bmed interview

Can anyone help out with the interview format, types of questions. Would also like to know the number of A320/321 aircraft in fleet and destinations. I have tried a search on this subject with limited success. If anyone is employed there what are the rosters like and conditions. One last thing does anybody know if they have a web site.

If you have a look in the Terms and Endearment forum,back as far as about the 25 th of June there is a thread with about 20 odd postings on it including a typical roster.
