Yep, did my private multi/ir rating there.
As advertised, 9.5 hours (7.9 dual and 1.6 checkride).
Flew 2 hours on Sat, 2 hours on Sun and 4 hours on Mon, and did checkride on Tuesday am.
This was at the Houston location at KAXH. My instructor was Adam and he was excellent. I reckon we crammed 3 hours of work into every 2 hour slot, from the engine fail on my very first takeoff roll ...
I used two planes, a 2001 and a 2000 PA44-180 seminole. Planes were fine. No serious problems.
With no prev multi time, I felt more well prepared for this ride than any previous ride, bar my glider private. It's hard work, but fun and the study materials on the seminole are great.
The cost was $2000 including the examiners fee.
