Anyone know who was responsible for conjuring up this hash of a paper!

Nah, I'm not happy about the POF paper either, trying to figure out where I went wrong, thought I got the 2 markers right, the gamma flight path one and the coefficient of lift,.... maybe not and it was point C on the polar diagram wasn't it? Full elevator deflection, can't remember the question and what else was there? Two gust load factor ones and phugoid oscillations where the damping is weak, if anyone else remembers anything or has any insights, post it. Strange paper, didn't really seem that hard, hardly anything on high speed flight, but a few questions with more than one correct answer, well disappointed to have dropped it....
