CAA email contacts???

I'm trying to contact FCL at the CAA - can anyone point me in the right direction. Calling from the USA is not cheap, and you know how long the wait can be!

The E-mail system works but very slowly. I recently submitted two questions.

The first one came back in a month (they promise 10 days) and I'm still waiting for the second. But this is the only way of getting a reply in writing. When you phone the answers vary and presumably they can't be held to them.

Did they reply by email or by post ?

I asked them an email qu on March 16th - no reply as yet !
