Orlando Flight Training / Cabair
Has anyone been to OFT/Cabair recently? If so how did they find the Visa process? How long was the Visa issued for, and were you eligible to stay on instructing afterwards? What did you think to the std of instructors / accomodation / quality and maintenance of aircraft?

Spinny, I'll leave the answer to your question for somebody who has actually done visa approval through OFT - though I'm not convinced that they are "J1" approved (which, if correct, would mean that yoy cannot work there [legally] as an instructor).
However, I note that this is only your second message on Pprune, and would point out that the "terms and conditions" include a line that says "You will not make duplicate postings".
