Can I just clarify, is the JOC the same as a MCC/CRM course?

I don't think it is the same. Oxford advertise it for those who have done their MCC on a turboprop sim and want to get up to speed for a jet.

It is not a JAR requirement, whether it helps with getting a job or is just a scheme to get more money from you, I have no idea ?

The JOC is BA's equivalent of MCC. Done on a Jet.
