BAe Systems - WHO???

Yesterday I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to get in touch with BAe in Jerez.
First I emailed them on [email protected] then I tried these 3 phone numbers

None of the numbers connect, even though I enlisted the help of the international operator and the email came back undelivered.
WHAT'S GOING ON????????
Does anybody know anything about this place???
I have seen individual guy's websites who are training there, but no hint of a website for BAe themselves.
