fish BRAL / CFE / Brymon etc ............

BRAL / CFE / Brymon these and similar companies are all reguarded as the stepping stones for larger airlines and better paid jobs. What are the sort of broad requirements in terms of hours and experience to start with one of these ?

BRAL & Brymon are now one & the same company - British Airways CitiExpress, or BACE. As usual, it's a case of the more experience you have, the more likely you are to get in. There are some frozen ATPL 300-500 hour people, but most seem to be above 1000 hours with some previous multi-engine / airline experience. Not sure what's happenning with pilot recruitment at the moment as the merger seems to have muddied the waters. According to another thread, some courses have been pushed out.

My recommendation is keep trying, even if you get a few no's to start with.
