Post Any Aussies out there flown at Port Macquarie?

Hi,

Looking at a "cheap" multi-engine IR course at Johnston Aviation Services at Port Macquarie and would appreciate feedback from anyone who's flown with them.

Many thanks in advance.

Boss Hogg,

I did my M/E I/R with them back in 1999. They might be inexpensive but there level of training is certainly not "cheap"! I recommend doing it with them (the I/R I mean!)

When you contact them, tell them that George from Sydney recomended them to you over the net via PPRUNE.

Cheers for the info George.

If I do book the course I'll be sure to mention your name, but unfortunately I'm having second thoughts as I'm from the UK and the CAA has just removed the right to convert an Aussie IR to a UK one (and you thought CASA was bad).

Thanks anyway though.
