Cool space

I'm trying to locate some fellow astronouts.

I'm up for my medical and need advice. Is there a way of improving your resistance to gravitational pull? I know you have to be able to take 6G but i only just made that last time. advice welcome.

Is this the right forum?

The best method for improving your resistance to gravitational pull is to get running and lose some weight, that way gravity will have less effect on you.

Also as an astronaut you may wish to improve you written English and grammer, firstly by learning how to spell astronaut, and then when you get more advanced you may wish to start sentences with a capital letter.

Thanks.
