Post Delta Jumpseat Request

Hello,

I am on flight DL37 (LGW-CVG) tomorrow at 12.10.

I understand the FAA rules regarding Jumpseat rides are very stringent - am I correct?

What are my chances of getting a jumpseat??

Any Delta crews reading this??

Nobody allowed on US airline jumpseats. You can go up when you're on the ground but in the air I'm afraid they don't allow it.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news mate.

PFO...

Unless your company has a "Reciprocal Jumpseat Agreement" with both ALPA and your airline...You'll not be allowed jumpseat.

Only a few airlines have the international jumpseat authorization over here in the states.
