Cool salaries

Can anyone tell me how much per hour
an FI(R) flight instructor can expect to earn? I know that this will vary across the uk but I just want a general idea. Would it be based on how many hours you instruct therefore weather permitting, and so would decrease in the winter?? Or would some schools employ you on a fixed salary??

For example:
My local school charges £100 p/h approx for a lesson, so how much would the instructor expect to see of that??

I think the instructor will see anything from £10 - 20 of that, usually the bottom end of this range.
