Question J N Somers

Anyone got any news, anyone heard back? Is there anyone who has been for it before and would care to enlighten us on details of the selection process ( I have already seen website details).

I've not heard anything back but I guess with the closing date only having been the 17th I wouldn't have expected to. I hope!!

Hopefully something will come soon

I guess I missed the advert for this years J N Somers sponsorship then.

I was in the final 4 who went to Cranwell last year, so would have liked to have applied again this year to see if I could go one better.

I think you may be misleading people slightly by saying that pro spin, who got the sponsorship last year, was a former RAF Officer. He was sponsored by the RAF during university, and was a member of a UAS, but wasn't actually a full RAF officer. I just thought I'd add that so that people won't think they haven't got a chance of getting the sponsorship if they haven't got some equivalent back ground.

Good luck to those that have applied this year.
