LOft Vs MCC

Hi guys .
Can we consider the old LOFT equivalent to the new MCC ????

LOFT is a flight operations requirement, MCC is a flight crew licensing requirement. Even if they might cover the same sort of actual flying, LOFT wont get your licence issued if it requires MCC; MCC won't get you a job if it requires LOFT training.
