To convert an ICAO PPL to JAR PPL you have to do the skills test + air law and human factors exams.

If you have passed all the ATPL exams (which include air law + human factors) do you have to do the exams for the PPL conversion ??

With an ICAO PPL & a pass in the JAR ATPL, why the hell do U want to convert to a JAR PPL ? Take the JAR CPL course instead, it's a bit more expensive but @ least U could validate your exams.
