CTC Sponsorship Numbers?

I was wondering if anyone knows how CTC is "dispersing" the places throughout the recruitment. For example, are they taking exactly 2 cadets per month or is it variable? In which case, surely its best leaving the application until some of the "most competitive candidates" have gone through the system? Also is the scheme continuing indefinitely?

Many thanks,
Densil

As far as I know, they're after something like 72 places per year, not 24. Mary'n'Rod were talking about (unnamed) companies maybe picking candidates up halfway through, and so on. Certainly the (brand new) accomodation in NZ is enough for 60 people. That they built this at all suggests that they're in it for the long haul. (Edited to say no pun intended ) Given that you can only apply once, this would indicate that it may be worth delaying the application a bit, to avoid the serial applicants. In fact, competition could well get pretty weak after a year or so, but this does not mean they will let through weaker applicants, as they've still got to sell you to Easy or the others. It might mean you will shine all the brighter given the people you're on the course with, or it might mean they lift the 'one application only' thing. If you delay, and they do lift the ban, you're gonna be on a course with seasoned CTCers.

Sorry, but crystal ball's cloudy on this one. Good luck whatever you decide.
