Post Easyjet and Ryanair

I am after some questions about Easyjet and Ryanair, particularly their attitude towards Aussie pilots. Some companies, such as Emirates have interview many pilots from Ansett who were employed after the pilot's dispute finished in 1990. Emirates seem to have a policy of not employing anyone from Ansett with start dates up until the end of 1991(almost 2 years after AFAP lifted employment bans)(or females). The rumour around Aust. is that many ex-dispute pilots at Emirates have lobbied the company not to employ Ansett pilots who started within this period, despite the fact that they are not 'scabs' or on the infamous list. Virgin Blue over here don't have this problem and have employed many who started at AN in late '90 and '91. Specifically, are there ex-aussie pilots at Easyjet or Ryanair who have some problem with people like myself who started flying at Ansett in Sept '90??
