How old is too old?

Having the basics i.e. ATPL, CPL, ME and IR, are you too old to get into the industry at 32. Everyone (well nearly) wants to fly for the airlines and everyone (well nearly) will do their 'apprenticeship' before getting there, therefore the age will be around 35 but with some experience - do airlines take people at that age?
Thanks
Ian

Yes. Try a search in Wannabes for "too old", there have been many stories over the years.
