Talking Instructing Or Airline?

I am currently 18 and I have a PPL and night rating, I am also a glider pilot and im sponsored by local gliding club to fly. Anyway enough about me im about to embark on a Frozen ATPL course in september with PAN AM Flight Academy and basically I was wondering if I really have a chance of getting a job with an airline afterwards with 270 hours or so. Or should I be realistically looking to instruct for a year or two and build up my hours.
Any replies would be most appreciated!!!!

hey maverik,

I would definatly get an Instructor rating, but why not apply to airlines at the time as instructing? In fact start applying before you finish the course.
