Oxford Met. CD

Hi,

Has anyone tried the above cd, if so what are your views on it?

I currently hold a PPL and passed the PPL met exam first time, but never really got to grips with it that well, especially as my instructor never really taught me any observations skills which are the part I find most difficult.

Is this CD any good - I would like to do the airline route later - is this CD accurate for CPL/ATPL theory?

Thanks

Why the cloak & dagger -- is the CD so bad as to merit libellous criticism, or worthy of such acclaim as could be confused with advertising? I think we should be told

In answer to your question; advertising.

I think its an excellent product. As you are intending to follow the commercial route later on it will supplement your PPL studies and bridge neatly with the ATPL.

I have the cd and it's certainly very thorough. The material supposedly covers the current ATPL met theory and even explains it well.

My pa got it for me at Christmas and it comes in handy when it gets quiet at work! Pricy though ... but worth it as a learning aid in conjunction with a met book.

I'm very happy for Wannabes as consumers to sing the praises of this product. I'm impressed that Alex, the owner of Bristol Ground School, finds it an excellent device. What I won't allow, as pugzi well knows, is the author or promoter of the product to advocate it here. Clear enough?

Nothing wrong with the cd. I asked him to check his PM's as I had just moved the question from the private flying forum to here and sent him a nice PM explaining why I did it. Simple really isn't it pugzi....
