Cabair

Hi edd,

All the best on your course mate. I graduated from CCAT in 1999. Great bunch of FI's and even better ground instructors.

When I left my name was put forward to two regionals.

Work hard and with a little luck...........result!

Cheers BronzeAge

Thanks for the reply, just out of interest how long did it take you to get your first job after graduating?

Hi Edd,

I'm planning on joining CCAT in July this year on the ATPL Integrated course. I first have to pass my Class1 medical in Jan, then if all's well I'll be there!

What are your plans? are you going to utilise the Halls of residence, or find alternative accom?

I'm planning on using the cheaper halls, but this still works out around £3k plus your everyday living expenses.

How are you financing yourself, sponsorship, self, prostitution??????????

I have had to sell my house and move in with my girlfriend, but hey if you want something badly enough I suppose it's worth some sacrificies.

Anyone out there been through CCAT recently?, how did you find
it? What were the hours??? ie Weekends working, or do you get Sat Sun free???? Holidays, what happens, do they run to a term basis the same as Uni???

Endofeng

ps Edd if you want to contact me regarding the training etc.. please write to my e-mail : [email protected]

hehehe! **##$$%%$$

If she was reading, I would probably be eating my words! literally!!!

Passed the Class 1 medical. Anyone who hasn't been through this yet, it's a real experience! Especially the Epolectic induction section (you know the high intensity strobe!). Good luck if not!

Hello,

Just finished my groundschool with cabair and trying to pass the exams.

Anyway so far, Cabair is a very good school. The ground instructors are all ex-RAF.

Say hello to Bernie Harper for me! Lackaday and wiggleys! Anyone who knows bernie will now what I mean.

Good luck in the groundschool.
