If memory serves me right:
T - Type of approach(and plate)
R - Radio aids (types/freq.)
A - Altitude (DA/MDA)
C - Configuration (U/C,flaps)
T - Time (FAF to MAP)
O - Overshoot (missed approach procedure)
R - Revision (to any of the above)
And if you can get that lot out prior to any approach, in a fluid and relaxed way, during your first few IR sorties, then you're a better person than I!

Ah yes, Tractor ... I remember it well ... by a strange coincidence, it's also the name of the only thing that any of us will be getting a flying job on in the next few years
