Without wanting to be unsympathetic Steveb, you can find answers to all the questions that you have asked in course notes and text books. Asking them on the forums is a bit of a cop out IMHO. I had to look the answers up to be certain I was not giving you duff gen, and found them all in about 2 minutes flat.

This is getting a little tedious. This forum is not for your exclusive use, nor should it be used as a way of avoiding reading your training notes. You will note I have merged all four of your topics, and I have also blocked the resulting single thread from further contributions.
When your problem is that you don't understand a technical topic, or particular question, by all means seek further explanation here (or, preferably, on Tech Log), but don't clog up the forum with lists of questions the answers for which are contained in your notes.
