Bristol Brush Up Jan - ATPL Exams Feb

Hi Everyone,
Ok Conformation came through yesterday for the ATPL exams in Feb . I’m doing the Module 1 brush up course in Jan at Bristol and exams first week of Feb.
Just wondering where the best place to stay is in Bristol and Gatwick I have the accommodation list from Bristol but just wondering if anyone could recommend anywhere!
Is anyone else on the Brush up course at Bristol in Jan?
Anyone got any last minute advise other than to panic!!
Take care all,
Lee.

I recommend Churchill Court in Churchill.

Jan and John are great hosts, rooms are real nice, breakfast is proper and its only £15/night!

Easy to get to places from, and there's a great pub in the village called the Crown, just up the hill from the Nelson (Nelson does a good big cheap carvery).

The landlord of the crown, Tim, is a good crack and the beers are superb!

Hi Lee,

I'm on the Jan Brush-up so I'll look forward to seeing you there.

By the way, I don't think your're alone in the panic department!

I'm trying to book a room at Churchill Court as it seems to get good reviews on PPrune. Can't say about Gatwick as I'm taking the exams in Oxford.

See you in Jan,

Matt

Lee,

I'm going too

Finally got round to booking the course and exams.

Have sorted my accomodation with Teressa (apologies for probably spelling that wrongly).

I'm Chichester based and will be travelling to Gatwick each day for the exams. It's not that far.

U interested in lift sharing????? BGS or Gatters

Mary's place without a doubt. Ok, it's a bit far and you need a car. But what's that in comparison with a proper dinner at evenings.
