There are a couple of flight schools that do this. Try Bristol Groundschool or Oxford Aviation. There are others, but I just dont know who they are, sorry. I suggest you type "modular courses" or "correspondence courses" in the search facility on this website and see what comes up.

There's a complete list of schools approved to run this course somewhere on the CAA website - good luck in trying to find it, but I promise it's there!
Personally, my recommendation would be Bristol Groundschool. I'm speaking as a satisfied customer who's a little over 3/4 of the way through the course.
