Hour building with Frozen ATPL...

If I get my frozen atpl out in spain, wheres the best place in your experienced views to get my hours up? I'll be 20 when finished if I start the course when expected. At the moment my choices are a) back to america, where I did my ppl b) out to spain and search for banner flying or c)training anywhere if i can!
