Post Airlines offering sponsorship

Hello all,

Apart from BA are there any other airlines one can apply to for a cadet sponsorship programme?
Does anyone know of any in Europe?
TooHot? Any ideas? :-)

There are lots of sponsorships out there.. so the list is:

British Airways
Aer Lingus
bmi british midland
Air 2000
Airtours
British European
KLMuk
Atlantic Airlines

Virgin Atlantic did once
Brittania used to
British World Airlines used to

Air France
Lufthansa

Cathay Pacific
Dragon Airways
South African Airways

Needless to say the foreign ones have language and residency requirements.

GOOD LUCK!

Thanks Speedbird, I honestly did not know that!

BTW, do the CAA or any other organisation or web site have a complete list of airlines that offer sponsorship?

Cheers

Yes Gucci, for the only internet site that has full listings of all the entrance criteria and schemes on offer for wannabe pilots, try www.pprune.org

Use the search function at the top of the page to find out about specific schemes!

Red face

Technically you can, but it is now very dificult to get the required visa. It's not how it used to be. Best to check a Chinese government page for advice on how to qualify for a visa.. though be warned, Check the wannabe index on the left of the screen for a run-down on what it is REALLY like to work for Cathay!

Good Luck,

SB
