BA interview travel expenses

Hi all.

I have heard rumours that BA will pay for your travel expenses for the aptitudes and FB (although they don't advertise the fact). Can anybody comment either way?

Yes, they will pay for a flight for you if you live far away enough, also they pay for petrol mileage if you are driving and up to £10 of food. They don't, however, repay taxi fares. You'll get a reclaim sheet from the nice ladies at the reception desk.

Hi,

Yep, they will pay 100% of travel expenses if you are in full-time education, or are unemployed. They pay 50% if you are neither of these. Make sure you keep your receipts - except for petrol. As Speedbird said, just ask at reception for a form. You can fill it in there and then, or send it on later. I got a nice cheque in the post about 10 days after sending mine back.
